	9.1.2010 探索歷史建築 - 活化建築創作班承接上月20號的「親子定向遊」活動，CARE與古物古蹟辦事處於2010年1月9日在尖沙咀文物探知館舉行了「活化建築創作班」。CARE的導師及來自建築系學生先向參加者講解香港的文物建築及保育的手法，並指導他們製作美荷樓的模型，一起運用創意構思最佳的活化方案。 Historical Buildings Exploration Series - Building Revitalization Workshop The second part of the Programme Series jointly organized with the Hong Kong's Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO) entitled "Historical Buildings Exploration Series - Building Revitalization " was successfully held at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre on 9 January 2010. The staff of CARE and architectural students firstly introduced the historical buildings in Hong Kong and their conservation work. After that, the participants were led to brainstorm the elements they want to add in revitalizating Mei Ho House and make a model. 21.12.2009 探索歷史建築 - 親子城市定向遊及CARE於本年12月20日與古物古蹟辦事處合作，於石硤尾賽馬會創意藝術中心舉辦「親子城市定向遊」。在導師及建築系學生的帶領下，家長及小朋友以定向遊的方式遊覽這幢前身為石硤尾工廠大廈的特色建築，藉以探討香港的建築活化工作。最後亦安排了參觀美荷樓及北九龍裁判法院，並會在 2010 年 1 月 9 日於尖沙咀文物探知館舉辦的「探索歷史建築 - 活化建築創作班」一起探討有關活化美荷樓的設計。 Historical Buildings Exploration Series - City Orienteering Tour The programme jointly organised with the Hong Kong's Antiquities and Monuments Office (AMO) was successfully held at Shek Kip Mei Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre on 20 December 2009. Orienteering tour guided by our staff and architectural students was arranged and participants were able to visit the centre, which was formerly the Shek Kip Mei Industrial Building, and hence learn more about building revitalisation in Hong Kong. They also visited the Mei Ho House and the North Kowloon Magistracy in preparation for "Historical Buildings Exploration Series - Building Revitalization Workshop" to be held on 9 January 2010.
	15.11.2009 綠屋及鄰 - 可持續發展建築設計比賽可持續發展委員會正就「優化建築設計締造可持續建築環境」的議題展開第四輪社會參與過程。為回應今次的社會參與活動，CARE及香港中文大學建築學院合作舉辦「綠屋及鄰 - 可持續發展建築設計比賽」。 10隊入圍隊伍已於11月14日舉行的評審暨頒奬典禮中向評判團介紹自己的作品及解釋背後的創作意念，並即時投票選出冠軍及4隊優異隊伍。有關比賽結果的詳細資料，可瀏覽網站 www.sustainablebuildingdesign.net。 Harmonized Neighbourhood - Sustainable Building Design Competition The Council for Sustainable Development is embarking on its fourth public engagement exercise on the issue of “Building Design to Foster a Quality and Sustainable Built Environment”. In response to the engagement exercise, CARE and School of Architecture , The Chinese University of Hong Kong jointly hold a competition: “Harmonized Neighbourhood - Sustainable Building Design Competition”. 10 finalists presented their models and design concepts to two groups of jury in the Final Assessment and Award Presentation Ceremony on 14 November 2009. 	17.08.2009 探索歷史建築 - 活化建築創作班 CARE與香港遊樂場協會合辦的「探索歷史建築 - 活化建築創作班」已於2009年8月 14 日在石硤尾賽馬會創意藝術中心順利舉行。CARE導師首先向參加者講解石峽尾村美荷樓及北九龍裁判法院的歷史背景及建築特色，並一起探討何謂活化歷史建築物。然後由建築系學生引導小朋友製作美荷樓模型，讓小朋友從過程中思考如何活化歷史建築及其可行性。 Historical Buildings Exploration Series - Building Revitalization Workshop The second part of Summer Programme Series jointly organized with The Hong Kong Playground Association entitled "Historical Buildings Exploration Series - Building Revitalization " was successfully held at Shek Kip Mei Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre on 14 August 2009. 	10.08.2009 探索歷史建築 - 親子城市定向遊 CARE 與香港遊樂場協會合辦的暑期活動「探索歷史建築 - 親子城市定向遊」已於2009年8月7日在石硤尾賽馬會創意藝術中心順利舉行。當天我們帶領家長及小朋友一起實地考察石硤尾的歷史建築 - 美荷樓及北九龍裁判法院，並會在 2009 年 8 月 14 日舉辦的「探索歷史建築 - 活化建築創作班」一起探討有關活化歷史建築的設計。 Historical Buildings Exploration Series - City Orienteering Tour Our first round Summer Programme Series jointly organized with The Hong Kong Playground Association entitled "Historical Buildings Exploration Series - City Orienteering Tour" was successfully held at Shek Kip Mei Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre on 7 August 2009. 	03.08.2009 優環長學建築設計研究中心CARE於今年五月獲得可持續發展基金撥款進行「公眾參與可持續城市發展：從社區出發」計劃，並與香港中文大學建築學系社區參與研究組執行計劃。本計劃之簡介會及啟動儀式已在二零零九年八月一日於香港專上學院(西九龍分校)順利舉行。有關本計劃的背景資料及報名辦法，可瀏覽「公眾參與可持續城市發展：從社區出發」計劃網站。
	"Public Participation in the Sustainable City Development: Starting from the Community" CARE has been granted a sum of funding by Sustainable Development Fund for organizing a community educational project "Public Participation in the Sustainable City Development: Starting from the Community", in collaboration with the Community Participation Unit, the Department of Architecture of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. The project's briefing session and kickoff ceremony was successfully held at the Hong Kong Community College (West Kowloon Campus) on 1 August 2009.
