Commissioned by Electrical & Mechanical Services Department and in collaboration with Parsons Brinckerhoff ( Asia ) Ltd., this study aims at developing a Performance-based Building Energy Code, adopting the Total-Energy-Budget approach, for the use of the Hong Kong building industry. This research, in turns, is the continuous development of that energy code.
